The purpose of these kits is to satisfy the customer who does not have the means to fabricate a piece like this, but wants to weld one together themselves. The kits ship flat packed and are ready to be welded together. An experiences welder should be able to assemble the kit in about 2 hours with a helper or 3 hours alone.

We encourage you to invite a new welder into your shop, don’t let your knowledge die with you!

There are two sizes available: approximately 23” wide and 36” wide. The 36” kit must ship freight due to weight limits on boxes.

The Kits are available in 1/8" (10 ga) and 3/16” thick hot rolled steel. 1/8” thick should be plenty beefy for normal use, but customers wanting a stouter product are encouraged to pursue the 3/16” model. The heavier gauge is also more forgiving to weld.

Each kit includes:

• 12 faces cut in selected steel

• 5 leg pieces to assemble the base

Note: 36” models include a $100 Shipping prepayment, if your shipping is less, you will receive a refund for the difference, if it’s more, we’ll eat that cost.
